PKG.ZIP, 560 KB; automatic installer

1. Download and unpack the zip file above
   (Safari and some other browsers may automatically unpack the zip for you)
   
   
2. Start the unpacked NeatImage.4.x.pkg to install Neat Image
   
   You may be prompted to enter Name / Password of the OSX administrator account if you work under a user account
   
   The installer will automatically put a plug-in alias to Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
   
   
3. Restart Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and find Neat Image in the list of filters
   
   If you do not see Neat Image in the list of filters:
   
   1. make an alias for the NeatImage.UniversalBinary package (for Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop Elements 6) or for NeatImage.PowerPC package (for Photoshop CS2 / CS / 7 or Photoshop Elements 4 / 3 / 2) from the Neat Image installation folder (usually /Applications/NeatImage/)
      
   2. put the alias into the Plug-Ins sub-folder in Photoshop / Photoshop Elements folder
      (if the language of your version of Photoshop is other than English, you may have to use another folder, for example, "Zusatzmodule" in German version, "Modules externes" in French, "Insteekmodules" in Dutch, "Plug-In" in Italian, etc.)
      
      Attention: remove any older versions of Neat Image from the Plug-ins sub-folder
